Stone Acre Apartments
3 Apartment Units, Average Unit Area - 4812 sft.
Stone Acre is a residential apartment in Banjara Hills, spreading across a site area of 7100 sft. The design brief called for three individual apartment units with ample views towards a lake in the vicinity along the south-east direction of the site.

Detailed 3d- modelling of the apartment units(Google SketchUp),
Presentation drawings and Working drawings,
Producing the structural, electrical, pool, lift, lighting intent drawings and co-ordinating with the respective consultants,
Site supervision of civil works.

The structural system of the building has been split into two. The western edge is made of a concrete frame structure while eastern bay is made of an exposed metal frame structure. Joinery details between ISMB 150 members and the concrete structure have been explored in the 3d model and drafted drawings. All civil working drawings from the foundation level have been drafted and issued to the site. Site visits and coordination with various consultants have been carried out under the supervision of Senior Architect Anuja Dhopade.
